We back our workmanship with a 7-year warranty on tile and metal roof restorations, and a 7-year warranty on tile and metal roof replacements and new roofs. Roof repairs carry a 2-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer product warranties apply separately and are subject to manufacturer terms.
