Operated by Aaron Ciappara under Sublime Roofing Pty Ltd, our team has worked on roofs in every corner of the Blue Mountains — the frost-exposed upper Mountains towns of Katoomba and Blackheath, the heritage timber homes of Leura and Wentworth Falls, the mixed stock of Springwood and Lawson, and the lower-Mountains suburbs of Blaxland and Glenbrook. That spread matters: roofing the Blue Mountains properly is a specification game — frost, heavy rainfall and heritage each demand a different answer, and we've learned the conditions district by district.

How we work

Every job begins with a proper inspection — on the roof, with photos — and an honest verdict. Sometimes that's “restore it”, sometimes “replace it”, and often enough “it's fine, check again in a couple of years.” We quote what the roof needs, not what makes the visit worthwhile. While we're on site you get a fixed written price, a tidy job, a daily update, and a home left weatherproof every night. It isn't complicated — it's simply how we'd want our own roofs handled.
